Our History

EPI was founded in 2001 by professional engineers Nimr Tamimi and Yen Wen Fang in Hilo, Hawai‘i. Since then, we have grown in both size and reputation, evolving into a multi-office, multi-discipline consulting firm. Today, we proudly offer the capabilities of a large firm while maintaining the personalized service of a small business.
