HISTORY
Engineering Partners, Inc. (EPI) was founded in 2001 by professional engineers Nimr Tamimi and Yen Wen Fang of Hilo, Hawai'i. Since that time, our company and team has grown in both size and stature. Today, we are a multi-office, multidisciplinary consultant, offering large firm services in a small firm environment.
